Ponytails + Horseshoes is reopening June 1! Please read through the following salon guidelines to ensure a smooth transition back, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

We have been taking the time to ensure our team is ready for a smooth and peaceful transition back to salon life and we can't wait to see you! On June 1st, P+H will be opening with a soft relaunch, one day shy of our 11th birthday!

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience as we navigate. The wait is almost over and we are so thankful for your understanding and support. ❤️⠀

The salon is prepared and stocked with the necessary elements to ensure everyone's health and safety:

  • We are providing masks, gloves and disinfectant for our guests for a small fee.

  • We ask that you do not bring any outside food or drinks into the salon.

  • If you are experiencing symptoms, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

  • We are implementing salon-wide hygiene practices to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory infections.

  • We will be taking temperatures of staff and guests upon arrival to the salon via a touchless forehead sensor for extra safety and peace of mind.

  • We will not be offering towel service or sink treatments in order to reduce contact.

THE NEW NORMAL. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENTS:

  • We will be fulfilling cancelled appointments as our first priority. Regular bookings will be open at a later date, which we will announce on our social media channels and website. Stay tuned and thank you for being patient!

  • As we forecast an influx of clients, services will be paired down so we can accommodate everyones’ needs. Cuts and colour touch-ups are our main focus; we will not be booking any lengthy appointments for the time being (colour transformations or corrections).

  • We are allowing 12-14 people in the salon at a time. We ask that you wait outside for your appointment as we finish up and get our stations sanitized for the next clients.

REOPENING/BIRTHDAY WEEKEND PRODUCT SALE:

  • On June 2nd, PoHo turns 11! To celebrate, we’re offering 15% off all products. *excluding consignment and EyEnvy

  • We will be doing curbside pickup; you can order and pay over the phone or via email.

  • Our product delivery service will end Saturday, May 23 as we prepare to switch to this new format.

Monday - Friday: 11am-7pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9am-5pm
